Omo Alausa Foundation Storm Epe Division For Free Medical Outreach

Omo Alausa foundation hosted a day of free medical outreach to the people of Epe division on the 17th day of July 2021. The event took place at Epe local Government Secretariat, Ita- Marun, Epe Lagos State.

It was a remarkable event seeing the joy put on the faces of the community residents being provided with free medical services.

This Includes:

  1. Blood glucose estimation
  2. Blood pressure measurement
  3. Body Mass Index
  4. General Health Education
  5. Free Consultation
  6. Distribution of Free Drugs to all beneficiaries
  7. General medical checkup

A total number of 531 beneficiaries were attended to from services including the distribution of free drugs, this comprises of :

Adult

Male:165
Female:206

Children

Male:50
Female:70

Babies

Male:15
Female:25

Total: 531 beneficiaries.

 

Some of the people have one or more alignments of their health which medication was prescribed for them where conditions diagnosed were necessary.

The medication was dispensed by the pharmacist and patients were counseled on the dosage regimen.

All guests and participants also receive Health Education Lecture From Doctors From Star Health Consultancy.

Vital signs were taken by the nurses present in the medical outreach and also the medical Laboratory Scientists carried out their own service also.

Free consultations were carried out by the Medical Doctors present and prescriptions were given approximately, this was accessed and drugs dispensed appropriately.

The Medical outreach was a Huge Success.

First and foremost we thank God for His guidance, protection, and blessings all through, we extend our profound gratitude to The Royal Fathers In the Epe Kingdom, Also the chairman of Epe Local Government for making the venue available for this mission and to all Leaders in Epe Division such as :

For their utmost support to ensure this was a great success.
