The Omo Alausa Foundation was established by Dr. Olayinka Alausa and his wife. They are both distinguished and successful citizens of Nigeria with an outstanding passion for charity. Dr. Olayinka Alausa is a physician-scientist, entrepreneur, advocate for good governance; poised to foster the engagement of young people with the right thinking and skills that will propel national growth. He is also the co-founder of Biogreen Energy Solutions, CS Farms, and Pan Atlantic Healthcare corp, which focuses on the transformation of the energy, agricultural, and healthcare industries in Nigeria and Africa in general.

He spends his leisure time advocating for citizens’ engagement in business and politics as a means to enhancing qualitative followership and leadership in the polity. He is currently a Medical Director, Global Medical Safety at Takeda Pharmaceutical Inc, a global, research and development-driven company in Boston. He has 15 years of combined experience in the clinical and biotechnology space providing solutions for drug/pharmaceutical research and development. He is an alumnus of College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Boston University, and Hult International Business School where he bagged MBBS, MPH, and MBA degrees respectively.

He is happily married to Bernice Abimbola Alausa and they are blessed with three beautiful daughters. Bernice Abimbola Alausa is a certified public accountant, entrepreneur, and tax problem resolution advocate; poised to represent troubled taxpayers in the U.S by resolving complex tax issues and restoring the peace of mind of citizens, so they can be protected from aggressive collection enforcement from the government. Bernice is the founder of Bernice Hassan & Associates, CPA. For over a decade, her firm has served as an emergency clinic for individuals and small businesses with IRS tax problems.

She spends her leisure time with their three daughters reading to them and educating them about Nigeria, Africa, and our culture. She obtained her degree in accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park.
